There is an 80 guest limit for weddings, which is a comfortable number for dinner seating.
For music gigs, other performances and some meetings, the hall can accommodate up to 100 guests seated on chairs.
There are 20 marked spaces in the adjacent car park, which is the property of the hall. Some additional street parking is also available. We ask that guests park safely and do not obstruct road traffic.
Adjacent to the hall is a City of Gold Coast toilet block — basic but clean. Disabled bathroom facilities are available, and there is a ramp for access into the hall itself.

The hall is an authentic timber bush hall with loads of character and responds beautifully to decoration. The lawn and gardens are beautifully cared for and are often used for an outdoor ceremony. The hall also features a stage, a sound system, and an overhead projector and screen. Please see the photos on our website for examples of how weddings have been presented.
The hall is a great space for meetings and workshops, and multi-day bookings are available. A screen, projector and sound system are all included. Table layouts can be configured in multiple ways, with space for up to 50 people at tables or 80–100 on chairs. The undercover deck provides a perfect all-weather outdoor zone for breaks between sessions.
The hall is a lovely setting for family reunions, parties, and all kinds of celebrations. Many memorial services have also been held here.
Regular bookings are welcome for classes, group meetings and similar recurring events — whether weekly, monthly or quarterly. The hall is currently in regular use on Monday and Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
The hall does not provide catering, but the kitchen is available for use at no extra cost. Please see the photos on our website for an idea of what is available.
For a modest additional fee, we also have a BBQ and a pizza oven available for hire — see photos on the website for details.
Responsible service of alcohol is permitted during your rental. Please note that we do not provide glassware, so we recommend bringing your own.
Yes, Starlink.
The hall is available for functions between 8:00am and 10:00pm. There is a strict curfew after 10pm, as there are residential neighbours nearby. Though they are not visible through the foliage, loud music and noise can certainly be heard — please be considerate.
Absolutely — we encourage it! Get in touch as described in the booking enquiry question above, and a contact number for a volunteer from the hall committee will be provided. It should be straightforward to arrange a time to look around before committing to a booking.
No — the hall holds public liability insurance. However, if your event involves higher-risk equipment or activities (for example, a jumping castle at a children’s party), you may be asked to provide specific insurance cover for that activity.
